Exchange Policy

Exchange of items can be made only within 30 days of shipment. However, we must ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Exchange must be mailed back to us postage paid.

2. All merchandise for exchange must have all tags attached, not been worn and must be in clean, unwashed original condition. We reserve the right to reject any exchanges if there are any reasons that cause us to believe that the exchange conditions have not been fulfilled.

3. All items must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging which must be in the same condition as when we sent to you. Opened plastic bags are acceptable.

4. When making an exchange, be sure to ship in a cardboard box or a padded envelop. Please enclose a cheque for reshipment charge of $3.00 if reshipment charges are applicable.

5. Difference in merchandise value is dealt with as follows:

6. You may be required to wait to receive the new merchandise that is out of stock, you will be informed accordingly.

7. If the item requested for exchange is no longer available, you will be contacted for an alternative. If for any reason there is no suitable replacement for you, you will be refunded for the merchandise.

8. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.

9. Please download our Exchange Form and enclose with the merchandise you wish to return-for-exchange.
